Clenbuterol explanation pls...

Clenbuterol is a Beta 2 sympathomimetic it affects the Beta-2 receptors???

Can someone help me understand this, and what the Beta-2 receptors are and what they do... Also KETOTIFEN and its function during a clen cycle...
