Hey guys i am new to this and found the site looking for information on my first cycle.
I am 43 5'9" 199 lbs 14% bf. i am looking to increase my muscle mass and move up to about 215- 220 lbs
My trainer is recommending a 12 week cycle of:
testosterone ethenate
trembolone
and a a anti estrogen
Been lifting for 10 years.
