ok i just got some fina and my frined said but it under my tounge before i got to the gym. i was just wondering if anyone ever did it this way and what kind of diet i should be on and how long does it take to see results. i want to shred up. thanks

you should buy a kit and convert it to an injectable. 2 weeks of fina doesn't do anything, you need at least 6 weeks.

Agreed. For where to get the kits you need to search around the boards and be creative in where to look, I was able to find how to get them so should you. We can't openly post sources even for these items on this board.
