Couple General Injection Questions

Well today I did my 2nd pin of test. I took the first one with someone else doing it for me in the delt and was like sure I can do the delt myself. Well I prepped the area and lock in on my spot and left hand is shaking like a mother ****er. I get it in and I'm shaking all over the place finally reverse aspirate and nothing so I try proceeding. Well it was not coming out easily. I got maybe .1 to .15 mL in my delt then pulled it out said **** it pulled down my pants sat down and jammed it in my quad. No problems here other than when I pulled it out it bled a little.

Now to the purpose of the title:
Does injecting into your lower body affect results you will obtain in upper body areas like the arms and shoulders and back? My goal is to put on notable upper body mass the most. I work my whole body but was just never really aspiring of having huge quads and calves. I am just worried if I keep away from the upper muscles which are proven to have more androgen receptors they will not develop to the point I would like.... Sorry if I sound paranoid and crazy on this matter...
