Dose for a first time tren user

Im starting my 8 week cycle of test prop and tren acetate and i want to know whats the best dose for a first time user of tren ? I wanna use the lowest dose that will get me results . I was thinking of pinning 50mg ED but a friend of mine said thats too low ever for a first time user and he said bump it up to 70 . Input ?
