Anavar + test prop...optimal dosage?

Background: Fighter, 10 years experience. Done one previous cycle of testo enan, 500mg/wk for 12 weeks. Added 20 pounds to frame.


I am going to run a var cycle of 50mg ED for 8 weeks and I want to add some prop in there. How much prop for what duration would be optimal? I have searched but I can find everything from 75mg EOD to 150mg EOD.

My goals are;

Added recovery (priority)
Add muscle.
Lose fat.
Vascularity/hardness
Explosiveness


PCT will consist of nolva 40/40/20/20 just to be safe. I have some HCG too.

i think i would guage the prop dosage on your last time out with test, if the 500mg was the sweet spot stick to around that, if you feel it was too much reduce it to say 100mgs of prop EOD this will give you 350mgs / week. Its your call.
