Cycle question (I am a rookie)

Hello everyone. I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Joe, currently residing in NC. I am just 47 years young this month.

Played football for 11 years at the minor league level and 4 years in high school. Was always in the gym, but never indulged in any supplements as I was always strong and perfectly sized for my position (middle backer). Out of high school I played at 225-235. Today I'm 295. I am currently about 40-50lbs overweight for my current age.

I have slight high blood pressure that I take meds for, but nothing serious. Also had my prostate removed back in April of 2009 (prostate cancer). I am cancer free and healthier than a goat. I feel fantastic.

I am back in the gym and doing extremely well with my diet. Actually went to a nutritionist. It was well worth it as I had it all wrong with respect to proper daily protein and calorie intake. I have finally conquered all the brain excuses I used to make about going to the gym. My way is kind of goofy, but it is working.

I contacted a friend who is WAY more experienced at supplementation than I and asked him to set me up with a cycle that would work best for my goals. Cut down body fat and harden up my muscles while doing it. Not really interested in the whole strength thing as I'm not competing anymore. However, banging out 385 was always cool when I was young.

Would someone or a few people be comfortable with reviewing my cycle via email? My friend is a good person, but has been working out seriously for about 8 years. I think he tends to overdo things a bit. Just want to make sure I’m safe and not doing too much for my first time out of the gate. It looks a bit much...

Why don't you post your cycle on the board? That's what it's for you know.

AAS are best for people in shape and being that over weight with a high bf% your negative sides will be greater.

    Joe,
Welcome to the board. Lets get your full stats
    height
    wieght
    bodyfat
With that being said it would be in your best interest to go get some bloodwork done and see if you're a TRT (testosterone replacement therapy) candidate. At your age its a good possibility that you could already have low T, with that being said once your levels come up and stable you might see enough improvement that you dont' want to cycle and if not then you can always add more test to your TRT dose. Once again welcome to the board and you're welcome to post your cycle here and we'll review it. Asking someone to converse via email when you're new to the board is inviting scammers to target you

OK. To all who have responded so far. Thanks for lookin out. I have done some serious reading on the subject to date. Including this site. There are some serious cats on this site when it comes to training. I love it. Tons of information makes it a bit tough to retain, so that's why I'm here. If you guys tell me to back off because I'm to fat or for whatever reason I am going to listen. That's a promise...

I've got tough skin, dont worry.

    Here we go fellas.

Nothing on that cycle makes sense and it would be a very bad idea to run it!

I wish I could help you out more but I don't really know what to recommend with that high of body fat.

How long have you been back in the gym?

Have you looked into Clen? I know members use it for weight loss but not sure if it's suitable for your situation.

Could you elaborate on the cycle a bit more brother?

Been back in the gym for 8 weeks now.

As you can see on the chart the Clen is on there. 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off for 12 weeks.

I think your right. BF is to high to mess around. When I'm ready I will check back here instead of dealing with old football buddies.

Sure the hcg just doesn't make sense look for swiftos post "hcg is it needed"

Test should be run two weeks longer then deca and test should be run higher then deca.

Why no Winnie weeks 8 and 9?

Pct should start 2 weeks after Test E, your pct is week.

Test prop in pct is just wrong, I could keep going but this is not a cycle it just a whole bunch of compounds on a chart with dates, not bashing you but this is bad info you were given.

Get your diet in check, your BF% is too high to be taking anything, clen included!
^ that PCT looks way better than the one on the spread sheet, whoever wrote that out for you does not know what they are doing. Having such a high BF% is very detrimental to a cycle. Keep learning and training hard, then when your down to 15% or lower, preferably lower, you can come and design your own cycle and PCT for critique.
Also get some blood work done now to get a baseline. Head over to diet section. Goodluck

    prop and winny during pct??
extra 200mg test, nolva, clomid during week 8 ??
20/20/20/20 and 50/50/50/50 nolva/clomid for only 4 weeks after that much gear and still on test and winstrol??
and the clen is 2weeks on and one week off for a total of 10weeks on with only 4 weeks off in between that would never work??

well i guess i can see how some people get trashed on gear that looks insane more so for a first cycle

    Joe,
Whatever you thought you knew about steroids think again. You are months away from being anywhere near ready. Spend some time reading up on this site. Start with all the educational threads, spend some time in the diet section, then put in some more hard work after your research then consider AAS and consider doing it right. No one on here would recommend that cycle EVER, for ANYONE. Good news is you're in the right place to learn.

    welcome joe
as others pointed out way too much going on and in all the wrong places. i agree with the others your bf should be lowered before you cycle because of the increased risk of sides and also when you have a lower bf you'll be able to see and appreciate your hard work pay off.
a first cycle most will say should include one compound so we can see how we react and then we can add compounds in later cycles.
there is a stickie titled test beginner cycle, have a look at that and also read the pct stickies and the educational threads. you can also spend some time in the diet section and get your diet straightened out if needed.
    good luck
