    Clen Log...

    Thought I would start a log to record my first experience with Clen use. I did an enormus amount of research and then took my first does last week. I thought maybe someone might be interested. At the least I could look back at this log myself the next time I do clen if in fact I do again...

    Day one 20mcg - felt nothing, no effects at all
    Day two 40mcg - same as day one except my sleep was affected slightly
    Day three 60mcg - not sleeping well again but usually don't so not a big deal, felt warmer than usual, maybe in my head.
    Day four (today) 80mcg - definitely feel jittery and hands shook lightly when reading a magazine. Kind of like the feeling sort of reved up. Seemed to sweat more during my lifting and cardio. Felt warmer all day...kind of nice on a cold Wisconsin winter day 11F outside this morning.

    Going for 100mcg tomorrow but I am thinking I will be reaching my limit soon. Will keep you posted.

    right on bro..hope everything goes well. my first and only time ramping up when went from 80 to 100 was intense. stayed at 100 for a couple days. 100 to 120 wasn't bad that's where I draw the line nice steady tremble at 120. working out on that stuff is great.

    how are you planning to run it? and are you taking one dose or splitting?

    I am just taking the whole dose in the morning. Forgot to add I have taken 2g of taurine in the morning and 2g evening and I take 200mg of potassium before bed since day one and no signs of muscle cramps.

    Very interested, I am looking to lose 25lbs or so. I have some clen and t3 on reccomendation from a bud. Please give me some info on do's and dont's.

    I also have T3 but I am not taking that until I get within 5 weeks of spring break. I am also going to up my TRT to at least 300mg/wk because of T3 possible catabolic effects.

    Taurine and Potassium is a must

    Around 14 days either start keto or take a break from clen .

    100mcg today and I am flying!!! I like the feeling...is that weird?

    Sounds good bro, I'm on 80mcg at the moment and upping to 100mcg tomorrow! Can't wait! Ha. I felt a big difference between 60 and 80, had crazy shakes today and felt a bit tight chested? Didn't know you could split the tabs up, thought you had to take them all first thing in the morning?

    I always have taken clen first thing in the morning. Take it too late then it messed with my sleep. Also, there is no reason to split up dosages since the half life of clen is 36 hours.

    you can split the dose if you dont like the crazy shakes. i personally didnt shake much i also had no problems sleeping and i never got a cramp and never took taurine but i chest was always tight sometimes hard to breath

    i took every morning 30mins before cardio... finished second week on 160mcg..

    I am going to keep climbing until its too much to take and then back down. I suppose that once you reach the middle of the second week the effect become less and less. I am using liquid clen from ar-r . I hope I get the same results as the pill form.

    I just started this yesterday. Did 20 in the morning and 20 in the afternoon. today I did 40 and 40. Tomorrow planning on 60 and 60. I have had zero sides so far. I think im secretly hoping for some just so I know its working.

    yes ARR. Hard to say I guess I felt something first day... Today nothing but I went and did cardio right after so i always get a kind of endorfin high anyways. Hard to tell if I felt anything. But as far as shakes, headaches cramps... not a thing so far. I am taking 1000mg of taurine also

    Day Six 120mcg and I wasn't feeling it as much as I did on day five with 100mcg but I was really wore out.

    Today (Day Seven) went to 140, really feeling it. I little shaky, jittery and warm but not uncomfortably so. Again I kind of like this feeling. I am a professor of engineering and it helps me teach with enthusiasm and energy...just have to be careful not to go too fast lol

    this stuff is extremely dangerous and it should not be used by anyone. but i know know plenty of bbs that i go back and forth with on this .

    give him a break.hes just tring to help people realize,this product is dangerous,but the more ive learned it would seem like the better physical shape you are in the better chances for a good clen run.being real heavey and sloppy from the start could re a problem on this. (heart)

    I understand...but its seems counterproductive to join a steriod forum and then state that the substances we are taking are dangerous. Anyone doing clen , steriods , HGH, whatever is doing so understanding the danger involved. Without proper reseach and education it is all dangerous (even with in some cases). I do appreciate his concern, but I think most of us understand the risks we are willing to take.

    Day Eight: Stayed at 140 another day thinking I might be hitting my limit or even might back it down to 120. Slight headache this morning. Had heartburn each night after workout since day 5. Not sure what that is about never usually get heartburn. Jitters a little more than I can handle comfortably today...probably combined with me being over tired. No real obvious indications that I am getting any positive results. Not sure if I should see any already or not.

    Days 8-14 Still at 140mcg of clen per day. Started 2g of Keto per day on day 13. One note on Keto is I sleep like a rock but cant wake up the nexxt morning...I sit around in a daze. Still feeling the sides but nothing crazy. No more headache and heartburn has gotten much better. Helps if I don't eat before workout. Notice results already...mostly just feeling less flabby in the mid section. Right now I would say not a lot different than a good thermogenic but I will wait until the end of the cycle before I make my conclusions. Could probably go to 160 mcg /day but then would run out far short of 4 weeks...

    Day 16: Still going strong at 140mcg...yesterday was probably my worst day for feeling the side effects. It was a balls-out day at school and my students were swarming me all day for help. I had boat loads of energy but had some difficulty with shakes and jitters. Nothing noticable to others but I felt it majorly. Gunna run the clen out at 140/day. Keto makes me sleep like a bear and dream something fierce but not a problem...except the taste...yuck! Sorry I have no real documented results or before and after pics. Never been good at that...weakness of mine. Clothes fit looser, less to pinch around the waist and love handles. FAR from super model material but making progress. Once my Clen runs out I am going to increase my TRT to 300mg/wk and add T3 and a ECA stack for 5 weeks...

    Forgot to mention that heartburn continues again but not as bad as lasst week. Must remember to eat lightly before workout, bland food. Other side effects are very reduced appetite and thirsty all the time.

    Diet is real good...without getting into details, low carb except oats...very very low sugar, 250+ protein grams per day, fat is kept low but not radically.

    Stats 200#, 5'-11", BF ?, Age 44

    alright i just was kind of comparing yourself to me trying to get everything sorted out so i dont waste my clen . if your bf is anywhere at 15-17% we got almost the same stats i got 10lbs on you and a lot younger age. thanks for sharing

    stats dont mean squat with this stuff ,my buddy is a monster and 20 mcg sett him off in a bad way. so dont think what one guy can dose it will be the same.

    ive ran clen before with decent results but i could barely tell it was in my system. i dont plan on copying him i was just comparing
