Test Cypionate First Cycle - Input?

I posted a lot of this in the "members cycles" section so I can do a log, but I wanted to throw it up here too to get any quick feedback.

Alright, this is my first real cycle. I am doing 500mg/wk of test cypionate for 12 weeks. I did a couple of ill-advised dbol only cycles a few years back, with little to no PCT. You better believe I did my homework this time around...

    23 years old
    5'9"
    195 lbs
14-16% bodyfat (haven't been able to measure recently, but I have gone down some)
    Lifting for 4 years

    Week 1-12: 250mg of Test Cyp 2x/wk
    Week 4(?): HCG 500IU 3x/wk
    Week 5-14: HCG 250IU 2x-3x/wk

I am starting the HCG a little late because I want to see how I react to the test. I want that to be at its peak before I introduce something else that will raise my test as well as my estrogen, so I am in a good position to combat the sides during this cycle as well as on future cycles.

I have Aromasin on hand, and honestly am not sure when I will start it. I got some sides from the dbol when I did that in the past, but was able to mostly combat them with a weak OTC AI (like I said, poor decisions). Any input from you guys? Should I just wait to see if I start getting the itchy nipples and bloat before I start this? Still debating honestly. I just did my first pin today, and I could start the AI tomorrow. I think I will most definitely run it with the HCG.

    PCT:

    Week 1: Clomid 50mg/ed & Nolva 40mg/ed
    Week 2-6: Clomid 25mg/ed & Nolva 20mg/ed

Any issues or suggestions for this also?

Like I said, I just did my first pin this morning in my right glute. I'm sitting on a heating pad right now lol...it got pretty tender a couple hours after. Honestly doesn't feel much, if any, worse than a flu shot. There is no redness or swelling. And honestly, I was a little nervous and it was a little difficult to aspirate . The needle probably stirred around a little, so hopefully I can attribute this to virgin muscle and virgin injector

I think I will try quads next time, and possibly delts. Any input? I just like the idea of everything being right in front of me, so I can really take my time and make sure I see everything I am doing.

I don't think I am forgetting anything, any advice is appreciated. Thanks bros

Make sure you keep everything clean, don't move the needle around, inject slowly, and give it a massage when done. Hopefully you won't have any more discomfort after your injections.

I don't feel that I know nearly enough to comment on your other questions. Others will chime in.

thanks for the input man. I did massage and apply a heating pad immediately after, and I took a show right before and was very careful to keep everything clean. During the actual injection I didn't feel a thing, it just got sore a few hours later. I'm actually wondering if I might have massaged a little too hard. Woke up it felt better, but after the 40 mile drive to work it's pretty sore. It just feels like I have a deep bruise, there is still no visible irritation.

Doing Test cyp. 400mg/wk 1st cycle, into my 3rd week. I am running 100/100/50/50 for Clomid in my PCT with Nolva 40/40/20/20...Other than that our cycle is similar.

The injection soreness isn't too bad , the 1st couple shot is sore, after that it doesn't really phase me... I noticed that massaging, not harder but longer helps, best is foam rolling. Either way I spend a good 5-10 minutes rolling/massaging the oil into the muscle.

    Good Luck pstacks.

Sometimes injection pain is depending on grade of test .
Human grade seems to be pain free compared to some UGL .

I rotate glutes and quads myself .

I also find 500iu/week hcg does the trick for me . ( 47 and trt patient here )
I would stick to 250iu 2x/week and increase if you feel needed.
The atrophy takes a few weeks so your not going to wake up 1 day without your jewels .

Others can comment on AI .

awesome bro, good luck with yours too. What exactly is foam rolling? I've never heard of this. Also, where are you doing your pins? And no hcg huh?

Oh ok, yeah it's UGL but not shady or anything. I guess I'll find out If it keeps hurting as I keep going with them.

I think I will try quads on Wednesday. I don't know if I can do my left glute honestly. I'm just not sure if I trust myself to keep steady and aspirate with my left hand. I might be able to do it with my right, but I've heard you need to keep the skin pulled tight.

    Thanks dwbo

    Thanks bro.

Foam Roll is a technique when you roll out myofascial release out of your muscles. Its easy, and they sell the both foam, or rolling pin style equipment. I have both, foam roll is better if you have time, you have some extent of your weight rolling against the sore muscle. Really good if you run a lot.

I've been switching my glutes, and quads. I have yet to try delts...

Those delts are pretty intimidating lol...i'm going to try quads Wednesday. It's just really awkward, at least for
me, to hit gluts. And the fact that I'm hurting today doesn't make me very confident that I did a good job
    yesterday lol.

That product is pretty interesting, I might have to try that out. Speaking of running, if been thinking about doing some of that or maybe even hit a bike Right after quad injections. I'll give it a shot Wednesday I think.
