    Should i split injctions

    Hi,

    I currently run 500mg of test & 200mg deca each week. I generally get all the gear into one syringe and pin each glute.

    The question is would it be better to split this and pin twice a week.

    Yes, you would get more even blood levels by pinning twice per week.

    it is a better idea to split it up but is not really that noticeable.. Your blood levels will be more consistent, but as for strength/size gain you will not notice any difference.. So if you hate injecting, go ahead and do it once a week, if you don't mind then split it up.

    I am assuming you are taking test enanthate or cypionate
