    need suggestions for pre-contest cycle

    Thinking about my next cycle. Would like to run it up to and perhaps through a show in July.
    Looking for help here on putting something together.

    About me:
    just concluded 6-wk pct that followed 13-wk Sust/Deca cycle.
    Have cycled aas twice in past 2 yrs.
    Have competed twice in past 3 yrs.
    197 lbs
    5'10.5"
    Approx 12% bf
    39 yrs

    what is your goal are you looking to harden up lose a point or so on the bf
    what were you thinking of useing

    Alright.
    I am not fitting well into a weight class. Tallest in middle and one of lightest in light-hvwt.
    The competition is mid-july so ill have some time to put more weight on before cutting at about 8 wks out.
    Problem is that I tend to lose too much muscle mass in the weeks prior to show. Will try to change cardio this time to HIT style.
    Essentially I'm looking for a stack to help retain size while aiding in lowering bf.

    are you looking to use test as a base for the cycle?

    OK. I've never competed and am more of a fan of bulking, But I'll throw you a bone here. If i were at 12% and wanted to compete in july I'd run a 14 week cycle like this
    Weeks 1-4 anavar 50mg
    Weeks 1-10 test e500mg
    Week 7-14 Masteron 400mg
    Week 10-14 50mg winny ED
    week 11-14 test prop 100mg EOD
    Then run a standard PCT weeks 15-19

    Just a suggestion I'd do more research on my own if i were you there are probably 100's of threads on pre contest cycles

    Prop, mast, winni, primo, var these are the compounds you should be looking at IMO

    Yes, test for a base.
    Thanks for the input. Some compounds there that I'm unfamiliar with.
