Clen without ketotifen is ran for 2 weeks on/2 weeks off. T3 can be ran for much longer. I've done 3 months at 50mcg/day.
For clen start at 20-40mcg and see how you react then dose up from there. I wouldn't go much higher than 100mcg/day
For t3 start at 40-50mcg then ramp up to about 75-100mcg/day. T3 will burn muscle tissue so it's best to run with gear.
No pct necessary.

very godo advice from Walnutz, also if you add keto to your clen cycle you don't have to do the 2 weeks on and 2 off. You can run it straight through.

If ur avi is current your BF is higher than 15%
I would hold off on the clen untill you have lost some BF
A strict diet and lots of cardio is all you need TBH
-
no long time ago that avi.. last 6 months trimed down a lot... cardio 3 times a week 40 mins heart rate at 180 and going well..what would you say would be the right % to start???

Im not really sure but I would only use it when fat loss is slowing down
@ 12-10% it may help to break a fat loss hault
Im getting some but wont be using it just yet I dont think
Atleast stick with a strict contest prep style diet and cardio schedule first
If your only doing 3 sessions a week I reccomend you up that to at least 6 before using clen
Im currently doing 11 cardio sessions a week. Put the effort into the training b4 you short change urself

Bro your heart rate is way to high if you're interested in burning fat. You need to keep a steady heart rate of 60-70% max heart rate (MHR) for optimal fat burning and want to perform this cardio either first thing in the morning (before breakfast) or right after an intense weight lifting session. MHR = 220 - age, once you get this number simply take 60% and then 70% and then you have your fat burning range. Ex. I'm 30 yrs. old, 220-30 = 190, so 60% of 190 = 114 and 70% = 133 so my optimal fat burning range is 114-133 beats per min (BPM). Hope this helps.

It would be much better if you could pair up smaller muscle groups with larger ones rather than larger ones with large ones
Like chest and tri rather than chest and back
You should try a simple four day split with cardio after ur weight sessions
And some Fasted LIC up to 6 days a week in the mornings when you wake upLast edited by baseline_9; 02-02-2011 at 09:17 AM.

Just because your heart isn't pounding out of your chest or your not sweating your ass off doesn't mean the body isn't burning fat. Me personally I wouldn't go above 75% MHR during cardio when trying to burn fat unless your doing HIIT cardio. You should google "LISS" (low intensity steady state) cardio. You want to perform LISS when glycogen (carb storage) levels are low or depleted...prime times for this is first thing in the morning or right after lifting weights. Baseline_9 had some good info for you. Also, what are you using to track your heart rate? If you are relying on the cardio equipment most of those machines are off...try buying a heart rate monitor, Polar makes good stuff.

im useing a heart monitor by dunlop seems quite good, straps around the chest. allso sorry about some off the posts im useing ipod and dont realise my spelling mistake sometimes..im finding it hard to understand why 75% would be better than 85% i thought harder you work better results you get... im sure your right and know lot more than me somthing i am going to have to read up on i think.
