how long have you been training?
26. Since highschool I got serious around 19 and weights dropped off around 23-24. Gained 25 solids pounds during those years. Could have been more with better diet im sure.
You don't want to drop your bodyfat % first?
This is where I feel mixed ideas come in. Im told test can be used for cutting.... I've seen others weigh 200 with 15% bf as example and still weigh 200 with 10-12% bf after cycle. I would mind that kind of progress at all.
Anyone got anything to add?
