Switching A.I.s mid cycle

I'm currently in the third week of a test-e/dbol cycle. First cycle.

I am running Arimidex .25/ed

I just noticed puffiness around my nipple area, no pain or itchiness.

Do you guys think I should up my dosage of Arimidex or start running letro?

Thanks in advance.....also forgot to add, my Libido seems kind of low..too little or too much estrogen?

Bump up the adex bro. If sides get worse then add letro.

I would move onto aromasin, I think its stronger than adex for controlling gyno problems.
