I am 20 years old, 6', 155lbs and about 5% body fat.
Breakfast: 4-6 egg whites with maybe 1 full egg, whole weat toast, oatmeal (shake: 62g protien and 850 calories)
Lunch: 2-3 chicken cutlets or tuna, with rice or potatoes and bread
Dinner: either steak, chicken, pasta with vegetables and potatoes (and another shake)
I recently got 35 50mg pink square dbols and 35 20mg nolvadex. Through research, I learned that taking 50mg at my size wouldn't be necessary but taking set mg in a pyramid pattern would be a better choice. I did get a pill cutter and the only way to cut them is into 4 pieces. I been taking half a pill spread out over the day into 2 parts. So 25mg. I need advice as to how I should really be taking them and also help with my diet. I've also never taken anything before and don't plan to use injectable, just looking to put on 15 to 20 lbs and keep about 10. Thankyou.
