    Need advice/ dosage info for d bol

    I am 20 years old, 6', 155lbs and about 5% body fat.

    Breakfast: 4-6 egg whites with maybe 1 full egg, whole weat toast, oatmeal (shake: 62g protien and 850 calories)

    Lunch: 2-3 chicken cutlets or tuna, with rice or potatoes and bread

    Dinner: either steak, chicken, pasta with vegetables and potatoes (and another shake)

    I recently got 35 50mg pink square dbols and 35 20mg nolvadex. Through research, I learned that taking 50mg at my size wouldn't be necessary but taking set mg in a pyramid pattern would be a better choice. I did get a pill cutter and the only way to cut them is into 4 pieces. I been taking half a pill spread out over the day into 2 parts. So 25mg. I need advice as to how I should really be taking them and also help with my diet. I've also never taken anything before and don't plan to use injectable, just looking to put on 15 to 20 lbs and keep about 10. Thankyou.

    Okay you need to slow down and do some more research. First you are to YOUNG to get on gear. Second, your diet is crap for you to gain any weight. The dbol will be wasted. You need to fix your diet and you will gain without possible destruction of your endocrine system. If you are not ready to inject you are not ready for steroids, plan and simeple. Gear is not a miracle drug. Go to the diet section and research a diet that will help you gain.

    to young bro , train hard naturaly till mid 20s. you dont want to damage your system.

    So basically everyones saying, don't take them at all. I don't mean to sound like an immature kid but I really wanna take them anyway, I'd just like some advice on how to take them and what else I need in my diet.

    Its not that I'm not ready to inject, I just don't want to. I don't want to put on 40 pounds at all. I just want between 10-15 and thtas it.

    First thing your eating like a 155lbs guy, if you want to be 175lbs start eating like one otherwise your wasting your time even using drugs.

    Your also years away from aas, starting steriods before your own hormonal system as fully developed can cause you problems for the rest of your life , you need to build a foundation which takes years of training. Now your going to get guys who will give you the answers what you want to hear well I won't because there isn't a safe way to take them at your age, if you want to be mature about your training and at building muscle you need to listen to me and don't cycle until your around 24yr old. Don't shut down your own test production and cause yourself issues, use what you have and redesign your diet and build more muscle naturally.

    There are a few reasons why cycling is a bad idea for you. First and foremost is your age. Your endocrine system is still developing. You are suggesting shutting it down. While. It's. Trying. To. Grow. Let that sink in. Your endocrine system is responsible for producing hormones, you damage that, you risk having low Test for life. It sucks not being able to pop a ****ing boner when you are in your 20s.

    Secondly, your diet isn't up to snuff. You need to be eating A LOT more. Read up on the Diet section here. You won't be maximizing your gins unless you are eating right.

    It will do damage even at a 6 week 25mg dose? Then strait to nolvadex?

    Yes. You are turning off your endocrine system. That is what steroids do. You don't want this to happen for 1 week, let alone 6 weeks. Not when your body is not done growing.

    Ok, thanks for all the great info, I just wish my 5 20 year old juicehead friends told me this before I dropped almost 200$ on it. Thanks a lot everyone.

    bro just throwing in about two more meals at least..would be like cycling dbol

    take it from me...dont run dbol solo. without test....not worth it, you lose most of it

    your 20 years old ive seen this 2 many times.we know you want to do them ,were all human.But you do not want to jepordise your future.

    That's what my friend was saying but he put on 20 and kept 15. I just want to know wheter I should up the dosage from 25 or just stay steady on that.
