rest is always important, but how do you get it on tren?

back before i found this forum I tried tren. I didnt know anything at all bout steroids, just kind of listened to my buddy about it and went with it. After all this research, i found that he was an idiot and knew absolutely nothing. So first off, thanks alot of all of you that give you input and info for all to see. Now, I have done a couple cycles since then ( test only) and between that and everything on here ive read, im going to try tren again. But only if/after i find out something. When I tried tren before it literally did nothing for me except give me the sides. insomnia, night sweats and just excessive sweating all the time. again, i didnt know anything at the time. My diet wasnt even remotely on track. My stength, size, body fat, nothing changed at all. btw i was also taking test e at the time, i think i was taking 600mg a week. the tren seriously cut my sleep in half. i would normally get about 6-8hrs sleep and it cut it down to 3-4. my question is, without the sleep, will the tren still give me the gains i want? i didnt know if it was more diet or lack of sleep causing my problem. Also could have been from not having the slightest idea what I was doing. If it was more of a sleep issue, i prob wont be trying it again due to the fact i dont get a whole lot
of sleep. If it was more of a diet issue and knowledge issue, i think i am going to try it again. My diet has been amazing compared to what it used to be and im on here all the time researching. If the lack of sleep was the biggest issue, how do you all get enough sleep while on tren? Thanks for the input you all.

Try and get a sleep aid. Either natural or prescription.

How is it possible that you didn't gain anything on test and tren? Something isn't adding up.

thats what im saying... i didnt see any difference.. when i say 3-4 hrs sleep.. that was on the high side.. and my diet was absolutely terrible.. maybe the strength did go up alittle, but maybe i was just giving credit to the test.. but it definitely wasnt anything i noticed and was like " wow, this is great"

You cant expect to have a terrible diet and have 3 hours sleep per night and get gains, these aren't wonder drugs you do have to train hard, eat a solid diet and have adequate sleep otherwise your wasting your time.

i had your exact problem with sleeping, not the diet. my diet was great - try a natural sleep remedy. something like this.

works great, or get something prescribed. sometimes when it got to me i took half a .1mg xanax and worked like a charm. my two hours sleep turned to 8 hours, and i wasn't lathargic anymore. gain's went up aswell.
