    An ideas while on Clen...

    I was thinking that after my second week on clen I would take the week off and take 2mg of keto daily before returning to clen on the fourth week. Does that work?

    Is it possible to use lipoflame during the off days while not using clen?

    Has anyone ran T3 alone, instead of with Clen?

    well apparently the point of keto is to keep you on clen for the 3rd and 4th week... so that works.. unless im reading it wrong

    i ran the clen and keto together and on week 3 and i no longer felt any sides of clen and i decided to never run it for more than 2 weeks straight - even with keto...

    take keto before bedtime also...

    Sure you can do that but why not just run the clen straight through then.

    I've ran t3 alone for 3 months.

    My thought was to avoid a total of two weeks off of clen and to use less keto

    Did you have success running T3 alone?

    Yea...I ran it for summer months....looked good. I made sure training and diet was in check.
