    Its a steroidal sapponin found in plants. More than likely it might keep you anabolic, if you happen to be an insect. Other than that its useless IMO. I bought into it when it first came out and saw no results from it.

    Glad I didnt waste my money.Thanx but I prefer tren.I dont think the insects do though.Good thing.I would hate to see a wasp on that stuff
