    Liquid anavar

    What's the best way to take anavar ?
    I've heard it taste like shit so.... I've heard of people putting it in their protein shake half in the am and half 12 hours later. Is that ok or should I just put it on the tounge and sallow it down? Thx in advance.

    i have taken liquid var and it does taste horrible i just put it in my mouth and chase it with propel or gatorade.

    Some actually tastes good. Just depends on the carrier.
    Just swallow it any way you can. I usually take a sip of water, tilt my head back, and squirt the liquid into the back of the throat (so that it just hits the water) and swallow immediately. Take it on an empty stomach for best absorption.
