How long is Deca and Test E good for starting from the minute you brew it, till you must discard it?

time will effect potency so you got to ask the question at what stage of the drugs potency degradation will I throw it out

I dont brew so cant say the length of time before this starts to happen but I would check some generics and look at the manufacturing date and expiry date to get a better idea

Depends on how you make it, how clean it is, and how you store it. If the oil doesn't go rancid, it should be good for over 5 years before it loses significant potency.

If its keep out of direct sunlight it should last around five years.
