Test E 10-12 weeks and bulk to cut?
Going in my 10th week on test E. So far I have made decent gains. I would say im up about 18 lbs.. Im sure lots is water and fat. Was going to go 12 weeks but I almost feel as if im just maintaining atm. Perhaps i should eat more but then i get to worried about fat gain.
So here is my question, has anyone in their last few weeks switched from a bulk to a cut. Meaning while im still in anabolic state for these last few weeks lower cals a tad, up cardio and try to burn off the fat I gained on cycle while keeping the mass. Then when going into PCT up cals a tad and lower cardio and try to maintain before next cycle.

If I go the 12 weeks .. I would have weeks 10. 11 12 and the 2 weeks before pct to burn this fat ive gained. Then I would just try to maintain until my next bulking cycle in july or august which im thinking would be deca test.

How´bout skipping the last 250 pin, and making the last 2 shots 625 a piece......the extra bump in Test = bump in size and strength???

All assuming you´re doing 500/week split 2 of course..

No need to raise your dose in the last two weeks.
Finish off your cycle as planned, and think about cutting after your PCT and recovery.
Learn why you gained more fat than you would have liked and change your plan to reflect that in your next cycle.

Funny you mention that, I've actually the last 3 weeks shot 600mg a week. The test I run is 300mg a cc so it's just easier. Even if my strength was shooting up I still hate this belly fat Ive accumulated. Pisses me off because my upper body is so lean, my arms and shoulders are vsscular and dry. My body loves to put fat right in my gut.
My worry is if I come off this cycle with this new belly fat I will carry it a while. I don't want to cut right after pct as I would lose gains.
My goal is one more bulking cycle this year then a long test Eq var cycle next spring to get ripped.
I guess i shouldn't really care about this belly fat since I'm bulking , but it's still annoying.

I've always been carb sensitive , it seems to pack on the fat even if it's clean.
My diet has been spot on this cycle with maybe 3 cheat meals, my cheats are a joke compared to most. 2 cheats were chicken wings and another a breaded chicken sub with cheese on wheat bread.. Massive cheat huh?
I seem to do better on a low carb diet with a carb up on the 3rd day last meal. Being my first cycle I thought my body would better metabolize the carbs. My carbs are always clean sources to, veggies, oatmeal, brown rice and sweet potatoe.
Overall I'm happy, and if I could post pics you guys would probably tell me I didn't gain that much fat. I'm overly paranoid.

I´ve been asking the same q for a while, as I´m starting my first cycle in 4 weeks.
The consensus is, go for 12!
Weird with your belly.....must be carbs, as u suspect. Why not cut the carbs then?
Once I went on a pure protein/fat diet for 6 months....never been so ripped + I gained some nice lean mass.
I´m for the first time in my life adding weightgainer to my diet, as an after workout shake, going into my cycle, as my belly is under control.
One of the sticky´s says to keep the calories high during anabolic state, and cut during PCT.
Keep going!! :-)

DO NOT. Do not cut during a PCT or right after a cycle. Trust me, you will lose everything you worked for. That is why it is good to go into a cycle with a relatively low bf% so you don't really have to worry about cutting after.
Edit: just finished reading the OP. I dontthink you'd lose much fat cutting for 2 weeks unless you know your body and diet well.Last edited by rc_p90; 02-06-2011 at 03:01 PM.

stop at week 10 if you aren't gaining. I prefer short cycles myself because the gains diminish and they enable you to go on another cycle slightly sooner, and we all know how impatient we get waiting to get on another cycle. However, If you do want to do 12 weeks, you can try cutting for three weeks (2 while on, 1 while off because they esther will still be in your system the week you stop), before reverting back to what you were doing while waiting for pct to begin and throughout pct

That's what I was thinking alpha, I really would have 4 weeks left to cut. 10-11-12 then week to 10 days after from the ester.
I started the cycle probably at 12% I had abs. Upper body and arms are still lean, my fat goes straight to the gut.
I guess I shouldn't care about a little fat, I'm 2 cycles away from a real cut anyway. My goal now is to gain as much mass as I can before next year.
Here is what I'm thinking for cycle 2-3.
2. Tbol deca test 10-12 weeks for mass.
3. Cutting cycle next year will be test Eq and var.

Dont worry about your cutting untill another cycle. it is very hard to bulk then cut. stick with ur bulk and finished of the cycle. worry about it later

Don't get so discouraged, finish out and run your pct keep your diet strong through pct and then drop to maintenance kals. Your gonna lose some of that bloat which you could be confusing for fat, be patient you will lean out a little during your 2weeks leading to pct.

Yeah I'm going to just finish out the bulk then keep cals high but with lower carbs in pct. After I'll maintain until next bulk come July aug.
Tonight is probably my 4th cheat in 10 weeks. Loading up on cheese and crackers and chicken fingers for the game.
I'm hoping some of this is just water and not fat!

It is you'll lean out do t let it num you it's gonna play with your head especially the 2 weeks before pct. Why not get some pics up let's see what's doing.

The last 2 are about a month before cycle. I was small build as I always have been. The other pics are the afters but they really dont show me gaining as much fat as I described. the shirtless pic is me in the morning upon rising, I seem to always look the best then because I am not holdind much water. Now if i took a pic shirtless mid day my belly feels full bloated and fat.

Was thinking just started week 10 today. Maybe I'll go 11 weeks and lower cals only about 250 a day and up cardio a tad. Might help burn a few lbs of fat then I'll shoot back up the cals in pct then try to maintain before next cycle.
I'm always worried about cutting in between cycles while not on aas. I have the fear I'll lose to much muscle. Where if I can drop 5lb to 7lb of fat in the next 3 weeks I can maintain that before next cycle.
Is this retarded thinking?
