Anavar , winstrol .. Help please

BF: 14%
Weight :90kilos

Would like some help with my cycle does this cycle seem ok and not sure what

PCT to use or is there any need?

Looking for strength gains dont want to bulk due to my occupation

Anavar 50mg ED

Winstrol 1/2 ml EOD

6-7 weeks ?

Training 4 days .. Monday , wednesday , thursday , Sat

Cardio 45 min Tuesday , friday, sun

Does this seem like a good cycle for strength and CV look

what type of PCT and when should I use ? how long for ?

not too sure about running them together. But var alone is a good choice if I had to choose.

Still, 25 is still a bit on the young side so I feel that you might check out your diet first.....jmo....

Like I said, I dont think that runing them together is a good idea assuming that the winny is oral. But they both need support and pct no matter what....

go with a standard nova pct mate. havnt run var but have run winny a good few times alone an with test p ,,test e,,
if i was you id choose either the var or winny and run it with a low dose of test p say 150mg eod..should see nice gains if your diet training and bf% is low enough..

60mg novadex day 1
40mg day 2-10
20mg day 11-21
but like i said before get your diet nailed as well as your training
as long as bf% low you will see nice results from the winny...

Will the gains just not be as visable from the winny if im 14 - 15% BF?

Should I take liver support a couple weeks in to the cycle or at the start

Also would u recomend using another test with less frequent injections if I choose the winny

I did an Anavar (80mg/ed) + low dose Test P (150mg/wk) cycle for 8 weeks. Got nice a nice lean look. My nuts didn't shrink nearly as much as when I did my sus250 cycle. I still did a clomid (50/50/50/50) and nolva (40/20/20/20) PCT. Got no problem, recovered well. I really like Anavar. Seems less harsh on the body, give a nice lean look, and didn't get hardly any sides.

Would 150mg be around 1/2 a Ml of test P a week ?
