are you taking everything in the morning? earlier is better . are you suffering from anxiety or is there stuff on your mind more than regular , i find when my sleeping is off it snowballs for me .i also fall asleep fine though at 3.00 im up . lay in bed for a while sometimes an hour of tossing and turning before falling into a very weak sleep.

there will be a reason for this but you gotta figure it out yourself man, it will probably be something in your diet, has it changed from before your cycle ? what about caffeine ? giving that up was a good thing for me to do. sometimes i wake at 3am hungry and cant sleep until I have something to eat, most night though I wake up to take a wazz, have a drink of water and can drop back off again.

There can be any number of reasons for this.I am going thru it now and it sucks.I dont go to bed till midnite. Then if I got to drive my son inlaw to work.I cant take anything so I am screwed.I use ambient.

This works extremely well at falling/staying asleep and unfortunately it also makes getting up and staying awake difficult...even with one 3mg tab. Dont even get me started with 2 tabs, omg!
To OP, i too have had difficulty sleeping since being on aas. Isnt it funny all people on this thread have to take sleeping aids...and dont they all use as well? I will say that since ive running a low dose gh cycle at 2-3iu day, its been much better. This is the ONLY thing that has shown some exceptional results. And as long as im using aas, i will run gh due to this issue.Last edited by yungone501; 02-07-2011 at 12:29 PM. Reason: Left off half a damn sentence!

How is this taken, pill, liquid, or sub q? Will this help with tren apnea?

Usually a 1-3mg pill.
Yes it will help with tren apnea. Also refer to my last post above.

Thanks, I sure hope I can sleep on tren ...if not I guess there's always melatonin or benadryl.

GHB or GBL is the best sleeping aid in the world.. you get stage 4 sleep for 4 hours... wake and redose.. you will recover twice as fast with it and it spikes your HGH levels. unfortunatley it is illegal in the US.. so much for land of the free huh?
