    advice please on pill

    is it ok to take the below while on clen?

    its 30mg ephedrine,120mg caffeine,30mg aspirin and 80mg narnegin all in one tab!!

    yes you can.. although i have no idea what narnegin is.. It would be completley unecessary, and will more than likely increase the regular sides of clen i.e. sweating shaking sleeplessness etc... but it won't kill you.
