Hi guys total newbie to cycles but i ve been going gym on and off for around 3 years and have not seen that many results and am now looking to get serious so i need your help!
I am currntly 23 years old and around 85 Kg and am just about 6ft and am about to take my first cycle with a friend and hopefully see some good results! my aim is to bulk up a lil bit and then get ripped! i need to lose the BELLY FAT! I can go gym as frequently as need be and will eat a healthy balanced diet.

sustanon 250 a quality testosterne and deca, ur looking to take 1 mil of sus a week and 2ml of deca a week too, then nolvadex the tabs to get ur own system back up nd running..reckon 6-8 weeks
What i want to know is, is this the best cycle to see the best results? how often should i train?what should i mainly eat, when should i inject? and how long will i need to be on the roids to get the results i am after.. any help given would be much appreciated as im sick of going gym and getting no where!!! PLEASE HELP!!!
