    Pins and needles

I get pins and needles in my little fingers at night after bench pressing. Why is this?

I just lift with fingers on one side and thumbs on the other, same as my gym spars.

well.... it sounds like you have some kind of nerve impingement that is being aggravated when you are lifting

keep in mind if you should lift with your wrist more or less straight

bent wrist and/or thumbless grip can cause all manner of irritations for some people

Thanks, I know what it is, I made the correlation, it happens when I take 20-hydroxyecdysone, it has stopped now that I stopped taking it...

You have allot of nerves in the palms of your hands. Excessive weight or use can cause some impingement.

I am told this is likely 'Bursitis' and I suffer from it bad. I wake in some serious f-ing pain from this from time to time. NSAIDS work for me. I took prescription NSAIDS for a short while, along some 'rest,' which was more like some light days, and now feeling capital. Working back up slow. A little OTC NSAID every now and then.
