Ok im 35 i have been lifting for 18 years. I had a slap on my shoulder about a year ago and im just not getting strong again. Also I gained some belly while i was laid up. I have a naturally big build im 6ft 210 19% bf. Im looking to cut up and gain some strenght. I have some test prop and tren.
