How long does your post cycle slump last?
Just looking over my workout journal for the past few years and it looks like I'm just out of it for a few weeks about two months after my last injection. I mean for a few weeks I'm lifting less than I did before my cycle, even after clomid. Does anyone have the same experience and for how long?

actually except for squat and deadlift my weights have incresed since I have been clean and i am going on two and half months by bench has gone up considerably

It all depends on how you handle it. I wrote several articles in my newsletter, www.anabolicsuccess.com, about post cycle planning...they are near the beginning.

i did decrase a bit post cycle but i pushed myself so that with in three weeks post cycle i was increaseing my wieght

i usually come off with clomid, clen and creatine. i tend to lose very little strength. i do lose some weight, but not alot.....sorry bro

i like to add creatine for post cycle until next cycle begins,but there nothing like a nice shot in the ass that usually bums me out

When i come off, it's gonna be clomid, nolva, methoxy-isoflavones (just read a GOOD study on them), creatine, and 5g glutamine in between every meal.
Oh...keep the calories up as well..#1 priority when coming off.
