Ok i am 25 years old and have been going to the gym for about 2 years. I started off at 140lbs and am at 160lbs now. i am 5' 11". I used to smoke weed alot before and it helped with me eating but now that i have stopped, my appetite has gone to shits. But anyways i am just started my first cycle and here is what i am taking:
I started 1/29 with 20mg of dbol on 1/31 i took a sustanon 250 shot.
on 2/2 i upped my dbol to 30mg which is where i am at now and 2/6 i took my other shot of sust. They said after my third shot to take one every 5 days.
and after about another week of dbol to up it to 40mg.
Now the dbol i am taking all three tabs in the morning and was wondering if i should split it up? i only work out in the afternoon/evening.
also in the am i take a multivitamin, fish oil, and a Green tea extract capsule (sometimes skip out on this) .
also this is what my meal for yesterday consists of any critique would help thanks.
everything i ate was:
Breakfast:
3 Hard-boiled egges w/ yolk.
6 strawberries
Lunch:
1 Protein shake (muscle milk 2 scoops which is 32g of Protein)
1 thin chicken breast w/ brown rice
pwo:
1 Protein shake
Dinner:
1 Turkey meatloaf w/ white rice (ran out of brown) & salad
