    Sustanon 250 & Dbol... Suggestions tips?

    Ok i am 25 years old and have been going to the gym for about 2 years. I started off at 140lbs and am at 160lbs now. i am 5' 11". I used to smoke weed alot before and it helped with me eating but now that i have stopped, my appetite has gone to shits. But anyways i am just started my first cycle and here is what i am taking:

    I started 1/29 with 20mg of dbol on 1/31 i took a sustanon 250 shot.
    on 2/2 i upped my dbol to 30mg which is where i am at now and 2/6 i took my other shot of sust. They said after my third shot to take one every 5 days.
    and after about another week of dbol to up it to 40mg.

    Now the dbol i am taking all three tabs in the morning and was wondering if i should split it up? i only work out in the afternoon/evening.

    also in the am i take a multivitamin, fish oil, and a Green tea extract capsule (sometimes skip out on this) .

    also this is what my meal for yesterday consists of any critique would help thanks.

    everything i ate was:

    Breakfast:
    3 Hard-boiled egges w/ yolk.
    6 strawberries
    Lunch:
    1 Protein shake (muscle milk 2 scoops which is 32g of Protein)
    1 thin chicken breast w/ brown rice
    pwo:
    1 Protein shake
    Dinner:
    1 Turkey meatloaf w/ white rice (ran out of brown) & salad

    Anything that could be of help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

    I'm going to give you the harsh truth: your diet sucks, so you need to head to the diet for asap and get that fixed.

    Because of your poor diet, you're very under-weight for your height.

    I'd stop the cycle, work hard, eat right, and get some weight on you before you start thinking about AAS.

    Wha'ts your PCT plan?

    thanks for the info i will definitely fix that asap. i have already gained from 140lbs to 160 but for nothing in this world can i get past 160. i sometimes get up to 165 and drop right back to 160. I was planning on taking Clomid for pct and PCT & Unleashed from NTBM. or some Forma Stanzol from Mr supps.

    You'll gain weight on that cycle for sure, but you won't keep any of it because you don't know how to eat.

    I did a little more research and how bout if i eat 5 meals a day where each meal has 67g of carbs, 36g of protein and 19.6g of fats (only 1/3 of sat fats) for a total of 2950 calories.

    if i do this everyday will that improve?
