    How many calories do you consume @500Test/wk when cutting?

    And how long does it usually take to get pretty ripped?

    It is impossible to answer this question without knowing your height, weight, bf%. Test nor any other compound will get you "ripped" Lots of cardio and good diet.

    No no, Im just asking about you and everyone else, not me, I just want to get a general consensus.

    For me I sit around 1600 calories, which is really tough for me, and seems a bit low to me. So I wanna see where everyone else is.

    Gbrice taught me the "eat above maitenance calories but kill the cardio" theory which I REALLY like so far. I dropped about 18lbs or so while taking in 3500-4000 calories a day without any drugs.

    I sit around 3000kcal during workout days and 2500kcal days resting.. without drugs atm.. getting cut! GL!
