my current cycle ends at the end of march, i play very competitive mens b league softball. in the summer i cut back from 6 days at the gym to 3 days, not necessarily any less work there. my strength and weight drop a lil cuz i work concrete construction and bust a$$ all day in the 90 degree 100% humidity. my question is what do you all recomend to help contradict those strength and weight loses and help keep an edge?
im not so sure what to run in the summer cuz i havent cycled then, i wait til winter when i get laid off and can really put the pain in at the gym......
