    your input please...

    my current cycle ends at the end of march, i play very competitive mens b league softball. in the summer i cut back from 6 days at the gym to 3 days, not necessarily any less work there. my strength and weight drop a lil cuz i work concrete construction and bust a$$ all day in the 90 degree 100% humidity. my question is what do you all recomend to help contradict those strength and weight loses and help keep an edge?

    im not so sure what to run in the summer cuz i havent cycled then, i wait til winter when i get laid off and can really put the pain in at the gym......

    cycled test p 400mg wk and deca 200 mg wk for 12 wks

    test e 400 mg wk and dbol 40 mg ed 12 wks

    sust 500mg wk 8 wks var 60 mgs ed w/ clen 40 mg ed for last 6 wks( didnt like the clen w/ var gave me kidney stones)

    fina 75 mg eod 12 wks (to much pokin) w test cyp 400 mg last 8 wks.

    currently tren e 500 mg wk w/ t bol 40 mg ed

    geez louis! after 2 days thought id have sompthin to go off of here was getn ready to place order with massive amounts of intelligence and confidence..... again i will take any advice

    hey man i do alot of sports and my big one is boxing and i take off every summer to just train. I personally like to run low doses of test cyp and equip. with tbol.
    test cyp 250/per week
    equip 400/per wk
    tbol pyramid up then down over 12 wks

    its nothing crazy but the test cyp and equipoise increase blood cell count so you can run longer and have more stamina, then the test and tbol help build lean muscle not alot but def good gains in strength perfect for sports performance. also the test levels are so low you dont have to worry about alot of estorgen kickback but i personally run femara bc i dont want water gains and im alittle prone to gyno and im trying to reduce it right now.

    First, I'd add some test to your current cycle.

    What's your planned PCT for it?

    For your summer cycle, I tend to agree with Jburn: moderate test dose and an applicable oral would be a good choice.

    got nolva on hand and clomid on the way. thought bout letro but was steered away from it. thank you much fellas
