Hey looking to do my first cycle and just wondered what your thoughts were on it and or if there is any changes i should make. My stats are;
Age: 25 years old
Lifting exp: 3 years
Bf%: 10
Weight: 75kg
Height: 179cm
Training 5 days a week
Cycle:
weeks 1-10 test e 400mg (200mg twice a week) or would doing this for just 5 weeks be long enough? as i would prefer to..
also was wondering whether i should bother adding 20mg of dianabol ED for the first 4 weeks? i wouldnt if i only did a 5 week cycle.
PCT:
I would start nolvadex the day after i stop my cycle and continue it for 5 weeks at 20mg a day.
12 days after my last shot of test e i would inject HCG every 4 days for 3 shots (12 days)
does this sound like an effective cycle/pct for a beginner?
