Cutting + Bulking? Anyone Ever Done It...
Just wondering if anyone has ever done a cycle that consisted of a cutting and a bulking? If so, were your results pretty good? How long was your cycle? Would you recommend such cycle(s)? Thanks!!

It's called a clean bulk. and it's commonplace.

you cant cut and bulk its two differnet things. i think your talking about using bulking serums and hardening gear so you can bulk and also get rock hard muscle?

I'm in the AR challenge and my trainer uses a method of building muscle and burning fat at the same time using diet and workout strategies with gear. I'll see how effective it is as time goes. its only been one month, lost 13 lbs then started the cycle 2 weeks ago. the challenge goes for 2 more months.

Most people who compete run bulk-to-cut cycles. I think the 'clean bulk' is a farce or at least fails to work with my body type. I agree that it is hard to do both at the same time, but you simply split the cycle into two phases.

i just went from 242lbs 22% BF to 245lbs 18% BF.. this is what i did
week 1-5 100mg Anadrol ED
week 1-10 400mg Deca
week 1-12 600mg Test E
week 9-12 120ncg clen
week 1 i was at 242 lbs
week 3 i was at 254 lbs
week 5 i was up to 264 lbs
week 7 dropped to 258 lbs
week 9 still at 258 lbs
week 11 down to 254 lbs
week 13 down to 250 lbs
week 18 stay at 245
basically lost 10lbvs fat and gained 12lbs muscle once all was said in done.. keep in mind 10lbs if not more was water retention on the A-Bombs..
I did cardio MWF 30min on bike in the AM, rugby practice every Tues and Thurs for 1.5 hrs
overall i was happy with results.. but would rather have done one 8 week bulk taken 8-12 weeks off and then done an 8 week cut, but if you are in a pinch you can do it..
IT IS NOT THE STEROIDS YOU TAKE THAT DETERMINES IF IT IS A CUT OR BULK.. IT IS THE AMOUNT OF FOOD YOU EAT AND THE AMOUT OF CARDIO YOU DO!!!
