Injection Sites
Hi all,
I pin every Monday and Thursday on Test cycle.
Question is: Do I have to rotate from right thigh to left thigh everytime?
I ask this because I have ZERO pain in my right thigh, it's like I didn't even get a shot the next day. (i use ice before shot & i use heating pad post-shot, maybe this is helping)
But my left thigh has had some residual pain for a few days, nothing too bad AT ALL though.
Can I just pin the right thigh again Thursday after my right thigh pin on Monday? Today is wednesday & I have ZERO pain in the site area.
Thanks,
MEATBALL

Rotate injections sites around the body, this will help with scare tissue build up.

There are tons of places to pin, not just quads. Explore your body bro, its like puberty all over again.

They did answer it right. They said "yes, we recommend that you rotate from thigh to thigh every time in order to cut down on scar tissue. You can further help yourself out by using areas other than your thighs so that you have even less complications in the future."
The problem isn't the next two injections. It is the hundred that you may eventually do. You don't want them all in the same spot in the right thigh.

Also to help scar tissue build up, pin in different places on the thigh. Most people have large thighs, so pin in the middle of your right thigh, move to the left and pin in the middle. Then next time pin a couple inches lower on both then a couple inches higher then repeat. Its six injection sites that are easy to do all within 4 inches of each other. Also I can understand icing before to numb your thigh, but heating afterwords will just increase inflammation to the area. If you think you need to, ice after as well, not heat.
