Up to your diet with the bulk and cut can be done deca in my experience is great.
What sort of mgs are you going to run?
How long you planning on cycling for?

Make sure you run the deca for at least 11 or 12 weeks. I always feel like I'm getting bigger for the weeks following my last shot of deca.

At 15% body fat...you are not going to stay "some what cut"..Gaining Mass AND cutting do not belong in the same sentence when discussing cycles. Sorry If I came down on you harsh, but it's the truth. You're going to retain A LOT of water on this cycle and possibly some what fat as well (depending on your diet and how much weight your actually attempting to gain) I'm going to go against what everyone else is saying on this thread and say that this cycle is a poor choice for your goals. You should probably run a cutting cycle (Prop/Mast or Prop/Winny) and get around 10%, than go for the bread and butter bulking cycle later on (Test/Deca /Dbol ). Just my opinion.

I agree with my man from Dirty Jerzz... I never cut so I can't really give good advice on that. After reading your stats (which I should have done in the first place) Taking Dbol /test/deca will just get you massive without all that much definition. That Prop/Winny sounds about right for your goals. You're already a big dude at 6'4 226. Throw on some mass with the prop and shred that fat down with the winny.

I basically eat like crap most the time which im ashamed of!BUT Im starting a strict diet next wk..is it possible to do mild cardio and diet and lose a few lbs of fat?

Diet is just as important as the AAS themselves, as is sleep and training. Test burns fat but... does a better job at building muscle. I'm no expert... but I'd probably say your gonna have to incorporate alot more than "mild" cardio into your regimin for the goals you stated above.

Yea I agree!If im carrying a little extra bf while eating terrible then while on the cycle and doing cardio and diet i can still drop a few lbs right?

The test is going to help you build muscle as well as burning fat. You're probably not going to drop a few pounds, unless your diet isn't healthy and your starving yourself. My suggestion would be to Eat right and eat ALOT. Lots of Calories and proteins/vitamins etc... but do alot of low weight, high rep workouts. Get your cardio right. This way... you'll be building muscle while burning fat which will in turn give you that cut look that you want while Putting on Mass. I think that would work for your goals. Anyone else please correct me if I'm off.
