It's much more likely that an increase in prolactin from the tren is what is causing the issues. How much test and tren are you taking?

I thought it had to be the prolactin also


went and got bllood wrk done n prolcatin tested at my pcp last week (was takin caber) prolactin came back less then 1ml....whereas the scale was 2 to 18ml so that wasnt it


she ONLY tested my TOTAL test levels whoch came back low at 385

i am goin back monday to get my whole panel done....i have a STRONG feeling...my free test is gonna be EXTREMEELEY low and that high SHBG will be trhe cullprit

i was takin 250 susts and 200 tren....every 3 and a half days for 10 weeks

Uhhh...your sust is weak as hell (it only contains only about 1/10th of the label claim). That's the problem.
500mg per week should have put your TT somewhere between 3000-4000ng/dl.
Total test numbers are unaffected by SHBG.
Your libido is down because you have the testosterone levels of an old man right now, which is not matching up with your high expectations.

Oh, and how are your estrogen levels? Because that can certainly throw a wrench in things as well.

i agree, it probably is low test but the last thing i wanan do is start another cycle???

is there anything that the Urologist can presecribbe on monday or i can ask him to prescribe to help me out on this...

can one bad cycle and pct plan really screw someone up for life that they need to go on TRT for the rest of their life?

why wouldnt a Urologist prescibe HCG adminsitered by them and then something lkike clomid

Many options before TRT.
My BW came back today....Test waaay low. 6 on a scale from 8-35. I guess on your scale would be something like below 200...
However my SHBG is 23....which is also on the lower side....giving me a FREE test still wthin the range 2,7 of 2,3-9,9.....of course still terrible.

I´m curious, and believe me, I´m usually not curious about Men´s erection :-).....but how is your nocturnal erections? Do u wake up middle of night with wood?
Which is a great indicator that u have free test floating around.

Well, get your BW first, then if you´re not up and running, maybe run Swifto´s PCT:


wk 1-3 HCG 500ius/ED
wk 1-3 Aromasin 10mg/EOD
wk 1-3 Tamox 10mg/ED

Then...

wk 1-6 Tamox 20mg/ED (40mg/ED first 7 days)
wk 1-6 Clomid 25mg/ED (50mg/ED first 14 days)

got some bloood work done last weeek

goin for full panels 2morrow
