Beginner Cycle
Ok I am going to start a d-bol 4 week with a test ethanate 12 week cycle and PCT nolvadex after. I will be 20 when I start the cycle I am 5''7' 150 pounds at 13% body fat I have been working out for about 2 years and seem to be in a slump on my muscle mass gain and have my diet in check. I was just wondering what you guys think about this cycle if it's a waste of money or a good starter cycle.

that is the basic recommended starter cycle for everyone.
you do understand the risks of cycling at at 20 though, right? you could definitely gain more naturally at 5'7" 150lb without the drugs

Ya I see alot of info on people being stuck on trt the rest of their life and such but I was planning on taking livercare during my cycle and properly using pct to prevent as much side effects

You really should go read the beginner packs etc. At 150 pounds and 13% body fat you are at the infant stages of bodybuilding / strength training. Wait till you are both older and naturally larger- you have great potential at your age given your natural test levels. Why not post your training and diet for review instead? 2 years of training really is not a very long time at all.

The only advice you are going to get from me is to not cycle and to work on a few things. Age is low(which people hear all the time but they still need to hear that for very simple reasons....you are still growing and have a lot of natty test inside you). You also appear by what you said in your weight that you are smaller and could also use some work there as well. Just keep working hard and get a good amount of food in your body. I like how everyone now says, "diet is in check" lol. Rarely will they post anything pertaining to their diet.

I had the same problem, 5' 8" 150 lbs and couldn't gain. I was 18.... to much cardio and my diet was sh*t. Once I learned how to eat and what to eat gaining was not a problem until I reached 180. It's still hard gaining past 180 naturally with 12% body fat but I'm still working on it.

You're 20 bro, I couldn't put weight on until I was about 22. At 20 I was 6'2 180 on a good day, ate like a horse but was so god damn active I just burnt it off. 21 I hit 190, 22 I hit 230. Naturally.
Don't **** up your endocrine system just yet, wait a few years than cycle. This shit will age you when young and rejuvenate you when older.
On that note, it's cool to research. I was registered on this board in 2003 at 19, forgot my password so I made a new acct but that's besides the point. The point is I researched my ass off for years before even attempting to run a cycle. I ran my first cycle at 25, very low dose test. Be smart, than be strong
