AI for test only cycle (test e)

Aromasin (exemistane) or Arimidex would be good for a test only cycle correct? I'm seeing some conflicting things about how nolva should be run during a test only cycle. I'm assuming this means that an AI should be run, not necessary tamox? I know tamox is a SERM, not technically an AI, but the point is that something should be run to control estrogen, not specifically nolvadex ? Just looking for clarity.

When I asked the same q, they came back with:
No need for AI on cycle, but keep on hand, in case of signs.
Estrogen is good, unless it gives you sides.
That is if your dosage is 500mgs/week or less
