Newbie here, need some help with a cycle

I have used AAS in the past, but not correctly. I'm a 28 YO male 5'8, 210 lbs. I've never been this out of shape in my life and I am joining a gym next week. Was wondering what the best cycle would be? I am looking to lose around 30 lbs. My frame looks good around 180-185. Was thinking something along the lines of Winny, Primo, and Prop? Any suggestions are much appreciated. TIA

I'm a little older than you but the same height. I was also up to 210 3+ year ago and what I learned here on this board and still strongly believe was/is Diet is the best cycle. You must first learn to eat and how to exercise properly. It only took about 4 months for me to get down to about 170 lbs after I learned how to eat.
Not a strict diet by any means but I learned how to eat healthier and most important how to eat 6+ times a day.

Dont consider doing any cycles or using any AAS until you get down to a good weight. 180 is good if MOST of it's muscle and you are 12% body fat. Doing a cycle any sooner and you will gain more water weight, you will be more prone to get gyno and many other things.

Visit the diet section and start learning. It's really not hard.

You don't need AAS just yet bro. Work on your diet and start a routine. If your diet and exercise are in check than there is no reason you couldn't be down to a solid 180 by mid summer.

Thanks for the responses guys. I know if I get serious with my diet and routine I could be in decent shape by summertime. Anyone feel like recommending some good supplements? I have a big problem with getting motivated and my energy levels are really low. Any recommendations?

Good diet, good sleep and a proper exercise routine will help with the motivation more than any supplements. A good multi vitamine, Vit B12 to help with energy and appetite and Vit E and Fish oil for many reasons.

If you still need some motivation a cup of coffee does wonders about 30 minutes before working out.

I like jack3d pre-workout, find that I can train a lot harder and push myself for longer, it kinda acts like a stimulant and I even find it kills my hunger a little. Other than that I think most supps are overrated, whey protein, multi vit, and fish oils is all you should need on top of a strong diet and good routine, IMO.
