Another Newbie Question. Just some advise please

    Hey all,

Im 37 years old and 5'3 14% bmi and 135 lbs. As you can tell small guy and not looking to be Mr Universe any time soon. I have worked out most of my life, nothing over the top just focusing on staying in good shape and staying defined. I have used the same ole supplements (NO supercharge and etc.) At 37 and a firefighter my body has taken a beating to say the least. One of my buddies is giving me some guidance but I have been looking around and this site has some very knowledgeable and intelligent people posting valuable information. I have been considering doing a cycle of Cypionate to get a little size, endurance and attempt to really optimize myself physically and obtain an extra boost. Is it even really worth it to go down the path of steroid or should I be concentrating on diet and workout. I am not fat but the six pack is gone and lost a good bit of muscle and cant seem to get it back. Your opinions are appreciated and respected! (and yes I have been doing tons of reading and research, not to many my size and age to really get a good note from) Thanks again...

Hmm, it might be good for you because of your age and profession. I would suggest looking into GHRP as well but it may be tough pinning 2x or 3x a day with your schedule.
Try a low dose test cycle and see how it works for you. Diet and exercise are important but your in a business where your body is your job.
    Test E or C 350mg a wk spit into 2 doses

Thanks for the advise, I will not jeopardize my career over it but thanks for the concern. There are more public safety taking this stuff because of the rigors of the job and just always shied away because I was young strong and didnt feel any need. Can you tell me what HRT is Jumper, sorry for the ignorance but I will defenitly look into it. Iron side: thats what my buddy was advising 350mg per week for 3 months, does that sound right?

It's prescribed testosterone generally your test levels start to drop after 30 by 40 you start going into andropause where your test levels are sub par. It would be great for you but it's a lifetime deal.
Growth hormone also starts to drop, ghrp is a peptide that increases your natural secretion of GH in a 'natural like' sequence of burst. It's like cheaper version of hgh with similar effects and less sides.
