L-Theanine
I use L-Theanine. It is an amino acid found in green tea that induce relaxation, decrease anxiety and help to sleep. You can do a search in the Internet and get more detailed information

You might just want to order the p7. I am using it, not for sleep, but now I sleep like the dead. Have read others who are using fina report less "attitude" and better sleep. Good luck-valerie

I have been using it at night and sleep like a baby. I got a free sample with an R-ALA purchase. Good stuff.

Whats up with p-seven bro? I use melatonin now to put me to sleep but I know a place near me that sells topical p-seven lotion in orange and peppermint. Is this good stuff?

P7
P7 is good for sleep, although it does dry my skin out on the inner wrists where I apply it.
