    drinking while on a cycle

    39 yrs old
    190 lbs
    5' 11"
    3 weeks into a cycle of test e 500mg/week, and 40mg dbol /day
    dbol will end this coming week
    I drink once a week, not to a wasted state, but a good buzz.
    I've heard people talk about not drinking on gear. though most i know do.
    what is the concern? liver? is drinking occasionally on gear fine? such as once a week like i do?

    Well I dont drink but once or twice a year.Lost the craving.But a beer or 2 wont hurt.Dont over indulge.I wouldnt get drunk.A good buzz aint good either.You are messin with your body.I read alchol contains estrogen = gryno.Ok spellin sucks.

    one or two here and there wont do any harm. but binge drink and you're wasting your cycle and your health. binging will knock back your training cycle or no cycle.

    im on trt and would have 2 glasses of red wine on a fri and sat night and no more. i used to binge, gave it up over a year ago and my mental well being and training are a hell of alot better than the last wasted 18-20yrs

    well, you dudes do make sense. Matt i kinda gave up on the search engine here cuz it seems to pull a ton of unrelated shit, and the time to fish through it all is enormous, for the tiny bit of relevant info i get

    Hey guys here is a tip I have posted on many forums.

    Use the advanced search page on google. At the bottom of the page you will see a box where you can restrict your search to a certain website. Simply paste in http://forums.steroid.com and then add your search terms to whichever of the top two box's suits you best.

    Google uses a variety of algorythms and other techniques to determine the best results you will find it far superior to any websites built in function.

    it really depends on what your goals are....

    sumo wrestlers consume about 20,000 calories a day (not kidding!) and drink a substantial amount of beer and sake with their meals...

    but they are trying to pack on LBS.... fat, muscle, whatever....

    the point is alcohol is empty calories.... and will turn into fat

    if you're okay with that then bottoms up (as long as you're not on a liver toxic cycle)

    Yeh I agree, but one leads to another also I just don't like it full stop yeh in the summer when I'm on hol and that but I have other things to think about lol

    Well said, man. I used to binge drink for a good 3 years EVERRYYYYY thursday, Friday and Saturday. Been without an alcoholic beverage for quite sometime now, and holy crap .. does it ever feel good to wake up on a Saturday morning at 8 am ready to train lol.

    lol every time I use the search function, all the threads that come up all tell the posters to use the search function. It's an endless cycle of people telling each other to use the search function. But nah you can get relevant info there a lot too

    I wouldnt really say "takes it out" but alcohol does descrease test, and increase estrogen. So, I dont see the point... Kind of just counter acting what youre tryin' to do with the juice in the first place.

    yep, it sure kills you off slowly through the years, best to nip young and not spend a life time making stupid decisions because of it
