    Cotton balls?

Are regular old cotton balls fine for sterilizing with rubbing alcohol?

Yeah, but I have cotton balls . . . I will check into the alcohol pads. Kind of like those anti-bacterial wipes that overprotective moms are holding as they follow their kids around in a panic over germs on their hands?

I use cotton pads because they don't leave cotton gunk behind.

    AAaah!

    Oh, no!

There are now strings of cotton sticking out of my butt cheek at the injection site! The needle pulled them in! It looks like a patch of white fur! I can't pull them out, they're stuck!

    WTH?

    Am I doing this right?
