TestP/clen/t3
Hello
Im planning to run this cycle which consist of: Test P/Clen /T3
The purpose is to cut down and accelerate the fat burning and preserve muscle with the heavy T3 usage.
TestP: 100 mg EOD 8 weeks
Clen:60-120mg 2 week in/out
T3:80-150mg
Nolva eod 20mg.
Im going to be runing them for 8 weeks.
Im i on the right track here?
Im thinking deeply about taking tren A, but i have thoughts that i would love to get it answered
1-Would Tren A give me muscles with T3 heavy usage/ cutting Diet?
2- Would tren going to be overkill for 2nd cycle?

I have never used t3 so I cannot offer any advice on that. I have however used tren and if this is only your 2nd cycle you do not know enough to be able to use it safely.
Tren can be smooth sailing or very rough waters and if it turns rough you need to know how to handle it, which comes with time and experience.

On top of all that I just noticed you are only 22..
Slow down bro.. You have all the time in the world to experiment and to do it safely, now is not the right time. Waaaay to much risk envolved with hormonal experimentation at 22 y/o.

just making double check here:
Clen +t3+anavar +test prop
40-60 mg anavar everyday
testprop 100 eod
clen: week in and week off.
T3: 80-120 mg ed.
for 8-12 weeks.
PCT:
Clomid/nolva
During cycle adex start at .25mg e3d, then go to eod, then everyday depending on sides.
And im thinking of adding HGH at the end to keep my muscles and fat the same, since my body is not gonna produce T3 for at least 2 weeks.
Should i add DNP during or After PCT?
the reason is because I read that it makes your t3 bounce back quicker,and to keep any extra weight off.Last edited by Blayker; 02-16-2011 at 08:47 PM.

Stick T3 at one dose the entire time. 75mcg should be good. Focus more in on diet and cardio.
It'd be better to utilize the HCG while on the cycle and keep Id say to just stick to adex e3d no point in going up down and all around with these hormones in your body.
Personally Id ditch the clen but thats me. Just go to pubmed and research on all its affects on the heart. DIet and cardio will be what determine more than anything and the test will help you retain the muscle with you cut

And since you diet and cardio is a big check just go ahead and post it for us. When do you do cardio, how much, how long, what intensity, and then your diet.... These are the make it or break keys right here.... many peope don't get that.

Cardio:
3-5 times week.
Mix of 20 min HIIT/80%--85% HR cardio 45--1 hour
Usually 6 hours after my weight training session which happen to be morning.
Diet: Zeg zag
6-7 meals a day.
low day 180-240 C 300 P usually the days where i dont have Med or High.
med day 280-320C 250-270P every 2 days
high day 500-550C-180-200 P Every 4th or 5th day.
LBM:205 lb.
6.2ft

IDK what you are eating and Im kinda confused on what the day rotation is on that diet
IDK previous AAS experience
Age is young and maybe you'd benefit from just doing the diet and cardio
Look into a fat burner supplement and GDAs like chromium and vanadyl since you are cutting and rotating carbs.
What are your overall goals. Competing or simply for you

Sorry it took me long to reply i was doing my cardio session
My rotation actually vary and it depends on how my body react.
Ex: To burn fat i would stay on the Low day, usually i have 2 low days straight unless i want to burn more ill make it 3. 1920-2160 cal
Ex:Med day is way for me to eat more carbs and cut little bit of the carb curving and still burn fat that is carried from the low fat day. 1940-2360 cal
Ex:High day is day where its usually 4th or 5th day. i include this to refill my flat muscles back. I don't do cardio on this day since its for repairing the body and filling is store. 2800 cal
None of these days exceed my cal intake which is around 2800-3100 cal.
My training is 2 days in on day off and the day off is always low day.
Proteins: divided into 6 meals. grams depends on the day.
Salmon Fish/Egg white some times i throw in lean steak before bed just to make it last while sleeping.
Complex carbs: divided on 6 meals. The last 2 meals of the day are always veggies.
Basmti white rice
Yogurt
Yams
White potatoes (only in the morning)
Green beans/broccoli
Simple carbs are only before and after training.
This is my diet.
I have lost good amount of weight with this dieting method, went from 320 LB to 258lb.
AAS: i did /primo/sustanon .
But i lost every single muscle that gained since i had no knowledge of dieting and AAS its self at that time i was 18 years old.
Now after 4 years of solid training i was able to put good amount of mass naturally. Im at 205 lbm.
And im looking to compete.
