hi all i am new to year been lifting a long time and have really focused on power lifting, i am interested in starting first cycle, ive never take anything before and have been doing a lot of research, but im really wondering though does anyone have any suggestions for a first cycle not using pins. really don't wanna be sticking my self i know must will say to run test for a first cycle but i don't wanna stick so what else can i do. also i wanna try to get stronger but maybe loose some pounds of fat as best as possible im in the process of switching from power lifting to body building, so i wanna cut down a little but don't wanna sacrifice strength .. any help would be great thanks alot all
