PCT Question

Quick question.....about to start PCT today with Clomid and Tamox

1. Can i take both together or should i take one am one pm?

2. If im taking 100mg clomid should i take both 50mg tablets together in one go or one am and the other pm?

I prefer to keep everything stable so i usually split the doses throughout the day

Like Noles i do the same mate, my clomid would come in 50mg tabs so i would take one in the morning and one in the evening. The same with the nolva as that came in 20mg tabs....

When my dose was lowered as of week two i would just split the tabs in half....

My protocol looks like this - starting today so just double checking

100mg Clomid week 1
50mg Clomid week 2-5
20mg Tamox week 1-5

my cycle was 400mg Test week 1-12
HCG 250iu x 2 week


Does PCT look OK? Also any side effects with PCT or generally how do you normally feel? 1st time so just seeing if there is anything i need to watch out for

nolva 40/20/20/20

Thats 4 weeks....

I dont run pct any more as im on trt but ive never suffered any sides from pct in the past....

Why would you only run for 4 weeks, and not 5 or 6 as I see Swifto suggest in his PCT´s?

A standard pct for a standard cycle should be fine, if the op had been running his cycle for an extended period then yes i would suggest either a more aggressive pct or an extended one...

Ive never had issues bouncing back when using a standard 4 week pct and many thousands follow it with great sucsess...

Im not sure clomid and/or tamox agrees with me. I took 100mg Clomid and 40mg Tamox yesterday and 50mg clomid plus 20mg tamox today and i have noticed dulll head ache with slighlty blurred vision. Shoul di stick with it or drop dose?

I have read i could get away with 25mg clomid and 10mg tamox a day for the protocol and been told you dont always have to take the high amount.

What are your thoughs and experience with what works at the least dose?

yeah i will try clomid 50/50/25/25 - as my tablets are 50mg easier to spit in half
so tamox 40/40/20/20 - could i run 20/20/10/10??

obviously prefer not to have the side effects but realise i need take an amount that will do the job

Any thoughts?

havent heard of to many sides from nolva. i think i would stick to the protocal. 40/40/20/20 on nolva ,but im no vet.
