lack of energy
i workout 5 days a week, eat great, sleep decently (6 hours on weekdays and 8+ on weekends). the thing is, i feel like something is lacking. i always feel "normal" and dont feel the benefits of the exercise and training im putting in, which has led me to believe i might have low test. im at 188 pounds 12%bf so i dont believe its so low that its detrimental, but low enough to effect me.
and personally, for the 2.5 years ive been consistently lifting, it doesnt seem like my physique or strength is up to par with what it should be. it could be all in my head, but i doubt its "all" just that. i know its got nothing to do with over training either. id say maybe 1 day out of a month there is a day where i feel like the way i believe i should be feeling like considering the work i put into towards my health and strength (and my perf in the gym those days is significantly better) , but all the other days im just moving along.
i wont have health insurance until march, but when i do i can try to convicne my doc to check my hormone levels. what do you guys say/think. btw, im 24 and never cycled (yet);

Do you switch up your exercises from time to time? Do you take anything else in your diet. The more you can provide us with the better

i deload every 5-6 weeks, i do change up my exercises.
i workout 5 days a week 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off. im taking in 3,300 cals a day. i know my diet is in check. the only supps i take are a mutli-v and fish oil, and a scoop of whey post workout followed by a 1kcal breakfast. i train in the morning (430am) as soon as i wake becasue i cant make it later on at night - ive actually been doing this for the past 8 months and have been getting the best results during this time as compared to a "regular" workout schedule i had previously.
i train high intensity, high volume.
when i first began working out i bench 45lb dumbells on incline and now im at 70lb dumbells. i dont really falt bench and i decline 165 on the barbell (all the exercises i mstating are working sets 6-10 reps and not 1RM)
my squat is at 225 and deadlift 315, barbell row at 185 leg press 16 plates.
my miltiary press is terrible at 115lbs. my dumbell should press i do with 60lb dumbells.
i put in so much damn work that i am not satisfied with my results. is it abnormal to be disappointed with my numbers? becasue i am. my size isnt impressive at all either; yea my back and shoulders are wide but ive always been naturally built like that.
the thing that bothers me most is the lack of energy i have. i feel good after my workout but then get tired every day, and never really get a rush except for a few rare days in the month. even on some deload weeks where i take the whole week off i feel the same way, so its not just from physical activity.
the worst dasy are cardio days. id run a mile and then feel like im drunk from tiredness all day and usally pass the f out early.

You may be over training and you need a week off, but to be honest no one is going to know what is wrong unless you have BW done, once this is done you can see if anything is wrong from the inside first.

thanks, i am on my deload week right now and tomorrow will be my first day back at the gym.
i have to wait until march to see a doc becasue i just recently applied for health insurance.
can i just order him to do BW or do i have to convince him? idk if i tell him that im feeling tired all the time would provide enough cause for him to check my BW. doctors here can be real a=holes sometimes. i actually had a doctor attempt to refuse giving me regular bw done for a physical after not getting one for over 5 years, which she tried to justify by saying we only do BW if your sick. i had to talk to the head doctor to let them know this is bs.

You pay your doc for a service. My fiance went through this crap with her doc a few months back. Refused to give her a physical because she did not agree with her views on AAS. She came out to the waiting room crying becuase she said the doc was rude and when I found out what happened I talked to the head doc too and called the insurance company. Both switched her PCP that day and the new PCP made an opening in his schedule to see her right then.
If you are unhappy with a service voice it and it will change.
