    Bday Friday the 7th :)

    Hello everyone,

    My bday is Friday the seventh and I will be the big "27"

    I'm just getting ready to do an all out 8Week cycle of Sust250 with 8weeks off. After taking 8Weeks off I will then be doing an all out 10Weeks of Deca300 with 10Weeks off..

    Will keep you guys posted on my results..

    dude just run them together for 10 weeks.

    Sust @ 500mg a week
    Deca @ 300mg a week

    Last cycle I did was just 250mgs of Sust250 for an all out 8Weeks, I ended up putting on 12lbs within the 8Weeks of being on Sust250 for 8Weeks..

    That was only my first cycle....
