Is the Sust flu avoidable?

I am about to run Sust/deca 500/400 for 8 weeks. However, I do not think that getting sick once a week can help my gains. I mean- how can you eat and work out feeling like shit? Is there any way to avoid this? Does it happen to everyone? Will sust make me break out on my face or is it more prone to the back?

i think it would be smart to run them for 10 weeks...but i believe the acne depends on you...different people are more prone to it at all and in different places....i know some guys that haven't gotten one zit, and i know others that have had cases of backne that could make it on ripleys blieve it or not

I think it depends on the kind of sus you are using....I have 4 friends who have used Organon Sus and never once experienced the flu side affects.....

I have gotten severe sust flu but only from injecting 500mg at once. My last cycle I did 250mg twice a week and was ok doing that. This cycle im breaking it down to 3 shots per week. If you do this you shouldn't have any worries about sust flu.

I just noticed your question about breaking out. I personally didn't break out on my face and I am prone to break outs. Of course I did use differen gel to prevent a break out. My back did break out at the end of my cycle though and I am having a hell of a time getting rid of it. Actually Ive pretty much given up since I am about to start a cycle of dbol ,sust,deca .

i've been on sust for about 7 weeks two shots a week TT brand never got sust. I am VERY prone to acne and I didn't break out any differently.

i got sustanon flue once.... and wasnt that hard. just take vitamin c 2 grams a day and u will be ok.

I thought you would only get it the first time, or just once if you got it at all. not every week. All I can say is that I've never gotten it, by I did get some zits on the ol' booty.
