when is the best time to take the Ketotifen i usualy take my cken first thing in the morning but this will be the first time running it with Ketotifen. I will assume standard clen dosage in the morning and then to 2 mg ketofin before bed does that sound right?

I take 1mg/day before bed. Before bed because it will make you drowsy.

if this is your first time running clen watch your doses and start up slow. Also dont forget to up your water intake and add some taurine for cramps....
